1. Who is selling

The website andycasadoro.com and the sale of the TASTE ME e-book are run by Andy Casadoro, Milan (Italy). For any question you can write to andycasadoro@gmail.com.

2. What you are buying

TASTE ME is a digital cookbook in PDF format (149 pages, 50 recipes), available in six languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French, German and Croatian. You buy the file in the language you choose before completing your order. It is not a printed book: nothing is shipped.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in euros on the product page and in the order summary; the price shown at checkout is the final price. You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation.

4. Delivery

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive the link to download the PDF on the order confirmation page and by email. We recommend saving the file to your device right after downloading it.

5. Right of withdrawal

Because this is digital content, at checkout we ask for your consent to receive the file immediately. Once the download starts, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). All details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Permitted use

The e-book is for personal use only. You may not copy, share, forward, resell or publish it, in whole or in part, or use its texts and photographs without written permission. Texts and photographs © Andy Casadoro.

7. Recipes, ingredients and allergies

The recipes are intended for home cooking. Always check the ingredients and labels of the products you use, especially if you have allergies or intolerances. Recipes marked as gluten-free contain no gluten ingredients, but possible traces depend on the products you choose.

8. Problems with the file

If the file won't open, is damaged or doesn't match its description, write to us with your order number: we will send you a working file or, if that isn't possible, refund the amount you paid. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any more favourable rules of your country of residence and the right to go to the courts where you live.

11. Changes

Each order is governed by the terms published on the website at the time the order is placed.
